| Bungee jumping (or bungy jumping) is the sport of jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large rubber band. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge, or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object, such as a hot-air-balloon or a helicopter, that has the ability to hover over one spot on the ground. The intense thrill comes as much from the free-falls as from the rebounds. When the person jumps, the cord stretches to absorb the energy of the fall, then the jumper flies upwards again as the cord snaps back. The jumper oscillates up and down until all the energy is used up. |
Our custom-built tower has an electrically operated platform that makes the journey to your jump height of 165 feet (50 metres) effortless and secure. Before you jump you can choose to have a dunking in the river or to stop just short of it. Some people like it high and dry but others prefer the extra thrill of having their head dunked into the Dnepr river . Its always YOUR choice.
The Bungee Jump is located next to the Dnepr river just a short distance from Hydropark metro (subway) station. Overlooked by trees, it is the perfect setting for a moment that you will remember for the rest of your life. The price is 180-200 UAH.
The Bungee Jump is open 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. on week-end, 01 p.m.- 09 p.m. on the rest of the week. Just come and enjoy it! |
